In accordance with state and federal executive orders, our office is open for urgent or emergency dental services. This effort is to help patients in need and keep our hospitals and emergency rooms free to care for those suffering from COVID-19.
There is no higher priority to us than the safety of our patients, our team and their families. To help patients receive safe dental care during this time, we are adhering to our standard disinfection/sterilization practices and adding additional steps to keep everyone safe.
- One patient will be seen at a time
- Escorts of patients will be asked to wait in their vehicles (except minor children accompanied by a parent)
- Breaks between appointments will allow for offices hard surfaces to be disinfected thoroughly between patients and new barriers places for your protection.
- Teledentistry / video consults will be available with your dentist if you are unsure if you are having a dental emergency.
We are monitoring developments daily in conjunction with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), government agencies, and internal teams to stay abreast of new information and safety measures that can be taken. We are following recommendations from these leading teams and implementing any process changes as required. Our staff is trained to recognize symptoms of COVID-19 so additional safety measures will be taken immediately if there is a potential exposure.
We are confident we can and will be able to care for you (and your family’s) dental needs in a safe and effective manner, and rest assured we will make adjustments as the situation dictates and as directed by authorities. We look forward to keeping our family of patients happy and healthy!
We appreciate your patience with us while we are moving through this situation and doing our best.
Be well, be safe, and be kind.
